If you believe your item was damaged or defective on arrival and has not been used or opened, please contact us immediately for a return label to process your exchange free of shipping charges. You may submit claims for damaged Repose items within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment via email at the information listed below. Please include specific details and photos of product damage.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, store credit for a future purchase or an exchange may be issued within 7 days of your original order date for products purchased directly from our website (shipping charges will apply).
